Business in Full Bloom.

Rozkvit is a small, founder-led firm in Ottawa. We build websites and online stores, run marketing, and take the repetitive work behind the scenes off your desk: one partner for all four. You own everything we build.

For businesses too busy to grow, and too lean to hire an agency for each problem.

  • Professional-services firms in accounting, law and real estate, buried in repetitive document work
  • Growing online stores whose orders have outgrown spreadsheets
  • Trades and home-service businesses
  • Newcomer entrepreneurs starting a business in Canada, who want a low-risk first step

You don’t need to be technical. It starts with a conversation.

Four lines. One partner.

Hire four vendors and each one sees a quarter of the picture. With us, all four lines run through one partner.

Web and marketing are the doors you walk through. Automation is what makes the relationship grow over time.

Web & Product Build

  1. Website design
  2. Website audits
  3. Landing pages
  4. Web applications A custom tool, portal or workflow

Fast, mobile-ready and easy to maintain.

At handover the code and the hosting are in your name.

eCommerce

  1. Store audits
  2. Order & fulfilment
  3. Inventory & returns
  4. Cross-border selling Set up between Canada and the US

For growing stores whose orders have outgrown spreadsheets.

Your store and its data stay yours.

Marketing

  1. Search & content (SEO)
  2. Paid advertising
  3. Social media
  4. Campaigns
  5. AI search readiness Being findable in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini answers: your Google Business Profile, reviews, FAQ content and structured data

Every activity has to trace to leads, bookings or sales, or we don’t recommend it.

Business Automation

The repetitive work behind the scenes.

  1. Bookkeeping & accounting
  2. Customer support
  3. Sales & lead follow-up
  4. Inventory
  5. Marketing automation

It connects the tools you already use, like QuickBooks, Gmail and Google Drive. You keep your software.

Where AI helps, it’s one bounded step inside fixed rules, like reading a messy scanned invoice. A person reviews before anything that matters is written.

Work like this, off your desk

  • Keying supplier invoices and checking them against purchase orders
  • Copying supplier price lists into QuickBooks by hand
  • Chasing overdue invoices
  • Capturing leads, sending quotes and following up
  • Order, shipping label, tracking
  • Returns
  • Keeping stock in sync
  • Meeting write-ups
  • Expiring certificates
  • Replying to reviews
  • Missed calls

Two of our own builds.

These are our own builds, not client work. Both show the same thing: routine work runs by itself, and anything unusual is set aside for a person.

Invoice checking (“3-Way Match”)

Our own build26 May 2026

It reads supplier invoices and purchase orders, digital PDFs and scanned pages alike, including paperwork labelled in both French and English. For a scan, it reads the page, then an AI model picks out the fields.

  1. It read a real supplier invoice

    $1,510.81

  2. The purchase order arrived

    $1,457.91

  3. It compared the two

  4. It flagged the gap in its own words

Combined invoices exceed PO by 52.90. POSSIBLE BILLING ERROR — review.

  5. It moved the file to a Review folder

    A person decides.

  6. The ordinary cases

    • Matching documents are filed in a Matched folder.
    • An invoice that arrives before its purchase order simply waits: that’s normal timing.
    • Duplicates and pages it can’t read are flagged for a person.
    • Every run is written to a log.

Supplier price updates (QuickBooks)

Our own build29 May 2026Test data in a QuickBooks sandbox

Normally a bookkeeper copies a supplier’s price list into QuickBooks row by row. This build reads the list, matches each row to a QuickBooks item, by part number first and then by description, applies that supplier’s markup rule and emails a summary. Only the rows a person marks Apply are written, in one batch, with a log.

  1. A supplier price list came in

    10 rows

  2. It matched 8 rows

5 by part number, 3 by description

  3. It set aside the 2 that matched nothing

    For a person.

  4. A person approved the 8

  5. It wrote them in one batch

    8 applied, 0 failed

  6. The 2 exceptions were never written

Routine work runs by itself. Anything unusual is set aside for a person.

On this map, orange means a person.

Where your data goes.

When we build for you, your automations run on a private server in a Canadian data centre, set up under your own account, for you alone, and billed at cost.

Some steps use outside services — email, reading a scanned page, an AI model — and we tell you which ones.

Neither the page reader nor the AI model learns from your documents or keeps them longer than 30 days.

How it goes.

You decide before each step begins. No open-ended bills, and you can stop after any step.

  1. Free call

A conversation about your business. No pitch, no pressure.

  2. Discovery Audit Paid

A structured look at how your business runs today. You get, in writing: a findings report, what each fix would be worth on your own numbers (a conservative estimate, not a promise), and a roadmap ranked by payback. You keep the roadmap and can act on it with anyone.

    Automation
Where the hours go, what gets re-typed, what breaks quietly
    Website
Mobile, speed, search, and whether visitors take the next step
    Store
Slow pages, checkout friction (surprise costs, forced accounts, missing payment methods), abandoned carts
    Marketing
Where customers come from, and what each channel costs and returns
  3. Build Fixed price

A fixed price, agreed before work starts. We build what the roadmap calls for. At handover everything is in your name, with a plain-language guide and training for the people who will use it.

Automations come with input checks and error alerts. One that fails silently is worse than none.

  4. Ongoing care Optional

Monitoring, fixes and small improvements, because passwords and access keys expire, connected services change and file formats shift. Software versions are fixed at launch, so nothing updates itself overnight; upgrades are planned.

You can stop, or take care elsewhere, at any time. Everything is documented and yours.

There are no prices on this site. Cost is a conversation, never a number on a page.

Why us.

  1. You own everything

Site, store, automations, data. At handover everything is in your name: code, hosting, accounts and credentials. No lock-in, and no per-task platform fees that climb as you grow. Hosting and AI usage are passed through at cost, never marked up.

  2. One partner, four disciplines

Instead of four vendors who each see a quarter of the picture.

  3. Local

We’re in Ottawa, and we meet face to face when it matters.

  4. Tied to a result

Every build, campaign and automation maps to a number you care about: hours saved, errors removed, leads captured, orders shipped.

Last stop: a free call.

On this map it’s the last stop. With us it’s the first step: a conversation about your business, with no pitch and no pressure.

English today. French is coming.
